Use the Search field to display topics with specific content.
The Search field works in conjunction with the currently-selected Release and Product filters. You can change the Release and Product filters after the search.
Examples:
| Search string | Description |
|---|---|
| word | Displays topics that contain the specified word. |
| word1 word2 | Displays topics that match at least one of the provided words. |
| word1 AND word2 | Dsiplays topics that match word1 and word2 . |
| "words in a phrase" | Displays topics that exactly match the string of characters within the quotation marks |
| "words in a phrase" word | Displays topics that match either the quoted character string or the supplied word. |
| word1 -word2 | Displays topics that match word1 but does not contain word2 . |
When loaded, this application displays the Release Notes topics and Readme entries for the last six PureConnect® releases, which are supported by Genesys. If you do a full-text search or select a product tag, only those selected releases that contain results remain checked.
This area displays the products associated with the displayed topics. Select a product in this area to see only those topics associated with that product. A highlighted product indicates an active filter. Other products that are associated with the displayed topics are also displayed with the active product filter. Select the product again to remove the filter. You can have only one active product filter.
PureConnect Release Notes
IntroductionThis web application enables you to view the Release Notes for PureConnect from the latest to the oldest, back to CIC 4.0 GA. It also includes the Readme topics for the last six releases of PureConnect.
You can use full-text search, release filters, and a product filter to display only the content that is most important to you. This web application fully supports the latest versions of the following web browsers:
The Product notices section contains notifications about changes in sales and support status for Genesys products or third-party products.
