I took the 2-day prep class with Cousin Carol and utilized all of the resources provided (textbook, digital flashcards, and practice tests). I passed with an 85 on my first attempt. This class is a must for anyone preparing to take the test. I will use Ameritrain for CE in the future.

I did the live Zoom class and instructor Carol was great. I'm a terrible test taker but I scored 88% on my first attempt. She has a very unique and fun approach to teaching that really helped me to absorb the material. I did my Annual NMLS CE yesterday online with Cousin Carol and it was by far the best experience I've had in 20 years of doing this!
I took the 2-day, 20-hour, NMLS-approved pre-licensing course. Carol was a wonderful teacher. She was very helpful in explaining some of the more confusing parts of the mortgage business and gave fun ways to associate complex and confusing terminologies to make them simple to remember. I highly recommend this course and teacher if you want to pass the test!
Taking the 20 hour pre-licensing course a week ago, I found good support from Marie Ross. She stepped in and handled my questions when I hit a wall a few times. Thank you. Carol Thomas was my cram course instructor. She iced the cake. With energy and care she made sure all 8 of her students were involved in the material. Not an easy accomplishment when you're tasked with covering so much ground in a single day. Her positive approach carried over to me. I took the test and scored an 86% on the first try. The test took me just over an hour to complete. The practice tests/flashcards truly helped me succeed. Thank you to all the instructors and content preparation staff. I REALLY recommend purchasing the practice tests and flashcards! Put in the time and you will be successful.

I was fortunate to have "Cousin" Carol as my trainer. She has a clear presentation style and set a good pace for me. She made it very easy for me to follow and understand all the concepts. All of my questions were answered during training and I was left with no problem comprehending notes, highlights, etc. Additional study material was also provided. I paid a little extra for practice tests, which I believed were helpful by providing me an opportunity to read the questions properly to achieve the right answers. I highly recommend this course to anyone who wants to pass the first time!

I take the GA CE class with Carol every year. She is the best. The one year I tried to do the course by myself as self-paced, I found the material to be monotonous and hard to learn. Carol keeps it fun and interesting and you still learn the material. She has a terrific attitude that spreads through the class as she teaches. She is a master communicator and a woman of great character. I highly recommend her class.
